Please be noted the following holiday arrangements for China's National Holidays,
1.Chinese Spring Festival Day: From 6th Feb.--13th Feb.,This 8 days,On 14th Feb,all of our company's employee will back working. So During This Time Pls Notice:
① Customers Servicer Team: We will have people on duty,when we are on holiday we still accept orders if you have problems pls contact them and they will processing products and reagular problems,shipping problems will be slove after the holiday finished.
② Warehouse & Shipping Sending Team: Parlces sending expiration date of shipping company are 5th JAN afternoon,all the orders placed before 4th Jan we will ask them try to send out before the shipping company closed.Other laters orders we need wait for process until Holidays finished,About some regualr shipping problems pls contact Customer Service Team people.
③ Development Department Team: We will be updating our new stuffs until the end of the month JAN,And then when we back from holiday we will have many amazing new stuffs coming too.so welcome our customer keep foucs on our company.
